Come Get Better.
BayStateFlash is an elite AAU Basketball Club for boys and girls in the Metrowest Boston area. The goal of the BayStateFlash is to develop young talent and help players reach their true playing potential by providing a positive, fun and competitive experience. BayStateFlash offers teams for boys and girls at the 11U-17U levels.
The BayStateFlash program encourages mental, emotional and physical growth through the game of basketball. Players in the BayStateFlash program will not only learn basketball fundamentals and X’s and O’s, but life lessons that come along with the game of basketball. BayStateFlash coaches emphasize being responsible individuals, respectful players, accountable teammates, and driven competitors.
Players in the BayStateFlash program are constantly challenged to work hard, play together, and play with passion and energy. If you are passionate about the game of basketball and want to reach your true playing potential, then the BayStateFlash program is for you.
Practices consist of drills to improve basketball fundamentals: ball handling, passing, shooting, and individual defense. Players are taught how to play a read and react offense, offensive quick hitters, man-to-man defense and zone defense.
BayStateFlash is an active member of the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) and subscribes to the mission and vision of the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU): “To offer amateur sports programs through a volunteer base for all people to have the physical, mental, and moral development of amateur athletes and to promote good sportsmanship and good citizenship.
